导读 据Alvin W. T. Ng等人2017年报道,马兜铃酸是肝癌的发病原因。中国科学院动物研究所膜生物学国家重点实验室周光飚和赵新春在Frontiers of Medicine上发表《马兜铃酸只是肝癌嫌疑犯之一》(标题原文:Carcinogens that induce the A:T>T:A nucleotide substitutions in the genome),认为其他致癌物甚至药物也会引起这种基因组突变,所以,马兜铃酸只是肝癌嫌疑犯之一,评估患者致癌物接触史是找出引发A→T突变罪魁祸首的关键。详见下文。
