　　 2019年1月23日，BMC期刊激动地迎来新成员：Arthroplasty 。该刊致力于推动对关节疾病的认识与诊疗技术的发展，将发表与人工关节相关的临床与基础研究。

　　 Arthroplasty 是由亚洲人工关节学会（Arthroplasty Society in Asia，ASIA）主办，与BMC合作出版的开放获取期刊，官方网站和投审稿系统现已正式开放。

　　 亚洲人工关节学会（Arthroplasty Society in Asia，ASIA）成立于2012年，由来自亚洲国家和世界其他地区的关节外科专家组成，旨在推进和分享最新知识，新技术和新兴临床研究成果。

　　 Arthroplasty 由中国人民解放军总医院（301医院）王岩主任担任主编，与来自全球10个国家的78位行内知名专家一同组成专业编委会，共同关注人工关节研究领域中的新发现。主编及其团队将致力于将Arthroplasty 打造成关节外科手术的国际化交流平台，尤其注重亚太地区人工关节研究的学术发展。

　　 作为开放获取期刊，Arthroplasty 目前所有稿件处理费用（APC）将由亚洲人工关节学会（Arthroplasty Society in Asia）承担，作者无需支付任何费用。

主编 王岩教授

　　 王岩教授，中国人民解放军总医院（301医院）骨科主任，主要研究髋、膝全关节置换术。除此之外，王岩主任也是亚洲人工关节学会创始人兼荣誉委员，同时担任中国医师协会骨科医师分会会长，具有丰富的学术研究成果和临床手术经验。
